evry time i use it it come up with evry thing exept what you want. e.g. you can type your name in, your thread title and evrything and will still be like 5 pages down the list with pretty much all the posts in the "new posts" section in front of it.

then you get people saying use the search function... well that wont help anyone lol.

just wondering why this tmf has such a bad search function because apart from that the tmf forum itself is a very good and well made forum in which evry thing else is pretty flawless.

a TMF google search seems to work better

have a search you should be able to find info on how to use it >_<

it's basically because you're used to google which puts in syntax codes on it's own.

The search function available with our forum software doesn't do this, so you have to use the correct syntax to get anythign useful.

e.g. if you search for;

rick.spi tmf search function

you'll get everything with any (rather then all) of the words spi, tmf, search and function in it, so it's best to search just for a user name, but then you should just look for your own posts from your profile page.
