It is the sum of all parts........... and without a full stripdown or going to drive it around, it is potentially an expensive gamble.
The unfortunate thing about all this is that it is in all probability a reasonably good engine, however because of all the shysters over the years people are reluctant to part with hard earned cash without the evidence....
