With 94000 I think that, if no rust in the usual places, then its about £1000 too much

yeah dpeends on rust but 94k does kill the price.
a respray can hide a multitude of sins so u need to ask what work was done and who did it.
without any history of repair work i would giv eit the following values -
trade £1000-£1200
private £1800
