Nice motor! And £50 a litre, that's cheap for that type of paint!

oh and 42! (older people will get that reference to your name!)

just to clarify, on the cover of the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy are the words 'Don't Panic' originally it was a bbc2 radio series and then 5 books where written by the same author Douglas Adams (he also co-wrote some monty python scetches) It has also been made into a tv series (few people know this as it was a C**p adaptation) and more recently a film.

Oh and im 21 by the way

genius is timeless

sad fact of the day!
in the film when they are pushing through the queue to save trillian they pass a robot! It's the Marvin from the TV series!

Also when arthur is with Slartibarfast in his transport and flying across the "factory floor" there is a planet in the background that is Douglas Adams's face!

And finally, there is a lady at the beginning and end reading a paper with a cup of tea outside a cafe - that's Douglas Adams' Wife!!

Ok ok, i know!! Geek! :dontgetit:

And yes a triolgy is usually 3 books but Douglas decided to write a 4th and about 5 years later the 5th came out so it is now widely known as the only Trilogy in 5 parts! Rumor has it that before he died the other year he was in the process of writing book 6! still not clear if it will be finished by a ghost writer yet!

I love the books! Bought for me last xmas and I didn't put it down for months! I love the bit where those two races are waring against each other for years, when they find out Arthur was the cause of them fighting, they then work together for years, find a way of travelling across space, and then get swallowed by a dog!

There was another Douglas Adams book called Starship Titanic which was ghost written By Terry Jones (of Monthy Python fame) it's just as disjointed as the Hitchhikers guide and is an "unoffical" spin off from the book!
