i use Microsoft expression to edit my homepage but since i upgraded my pc (now running windows 7) the language always wants to set its self to Swedish even if i tell it to use the English dictionary and that the page is to be in English. I have tried to un-install it and re-install it to see if when it was re-installed i would be able to set it back up again to use the correct language but when i re.install it and run it for the first time all the settings are the same i don't need to type in anything it is as if i had never done anything even after un-installing it and then re starting the pc it is still the same.

anyone know how to solve this or recommend a program that i can use instead, i am not a novice at web design but not a pro either so it cant be too complicated
