My wrench is, sort-of (he says raising his hand).

We have a torque wrench calibration box at work and I take my "good" wrench in periodically. I don't have a certificate for my wrench but I am checking my wrench against certified test equipment.

That's handy to know

I've read all sorts of horror stories about crappy torque wrench calibration - I had a super nasty one from Harbor Freight that didn't click under any load ever!

I have a Harbor Freight one also. I don't use it. The only reason I keep it is because it was my father's. I checked its calibration when I checked my Craftsman wrench. The Harbor Freight was OK over a certain range but was "non-linear" and got progressively worse as you applied more torque.
