so depending on numbers what sort of price are we looking at? Or do we have to get at least 10 people or something first to make it worthwhile?

Hey

I might be able to save the email to Carbon Weezel, as we are already making them.. :P just havnt had a chance to put them on the site yet! but unfortunately they are not quite as cheap as you might like.

They could be done very cheaply, by a different company, but as you guys may or may not know our stuff is made to last and fit! :dontgetit:

Having just read this whole thread I was not surprised by it's conclusion, carbon fibre is not to be associated with cheap products. as Ben has said they make quality stuff that will last.

Carbon fibre is designed for race use where budgets are higher and every gram or so of weight loss makes a difference. Someone prepared to pay the £80 for the head lamp surrounds would also be prepared to pay the £200 plus for the rocker cover. Of course by that stage they've already done everything else they can such as roofs, front ends, seats etc.

Hopefully companies like carbonweezel and of course Ian Curley will keep pushing the boundaries on what is available but it will always come with a price.
