Remove radiator. Decided I need a new one. Started stripping out unneeded cables and looms. Flooded garage with coolant.

Cleaned pistons, replaced rings, and cut my finger on a piston ring. Blood all over my shiny(ish) pistons! Then fitted 2 of them.

Sanded 1 door ready for respray 90% of the car done now, need more sanding discs tho. Soo many nooks and crannys 6inch sander can't reach and the 2inch sander eats discs like crazy 70 used already.

Had it's head skimmed, found out the block is also slightly warped 100th of a mm or something..... Hoping the gasket should be enought to cover that anomaly for a while. Keep everything crossed!!

Re fitted the head, dizzy, starter, oh and snapped a head bolt (that was fun). And got soaked in the process. Just hope the bits I've ordered will turn up soon. Want her running for MITP.
