dont use a compresser or spray gun, you use a roller :D

Why?

Whats the pro's and con's of each?

I thought that as already having an Earlex 3000 HVLP that it would be just as easy to spray and maybe get a better finish.

Anybody done both that can comment on finish etc?

why...because thats why i made the topic :D i was asking about rollering because it may well be easier for me given.
1. the space i have to do it in, my garage isnt hugely spacious
2. it has a possibility of leveling minor blemishs on the body
3. its for a rally car there for im not hugely fussed about finish, but of course would be nice if i can make it much nicer looking if i put more effort in.
4. its not overly expensive without having to go about borrowing huge massive compressors and spray equipment (also i dont poison people in the house, it seeps thru the floors)

Liking the idea that it has the possibility to cover minor blemishes, a Good few coats should have a really good fill

Wont mention spraying again..sorry :P

haha na yalright, i do however remember reading elsewhere that it can be sprayed, not sure who said it, perhaps a search may reveal, either google or here maybe

oh ace, for same amount of effort applied for both is spraying easier to get better results would you say?
then again, iv still got space confinements anyways

i found i get better results with the roller

i just sprayed the doors because of all the fiddly shapes
