panelbeaterpeter is spot on there. The only thing im going to say is id rather use 2k paint, as its more durable and in my opinion has a deeper shine. Its dodgy stuff though...

I'd always choose 2k unless I was going for a period look, or had to do it without a booth.

yeah well i'm doing it at home in my garage, so cellulose will be ok for me. i will be able to keep it highly maintained too. Will this be ok http://www.jawel.co....;products_id=51 just tell them what colour i need and get 3 of them to have 3L.. Thanks pete your a huge help

Yes, but remember to buy extra thinners, for the final 60:40 coat.

so something like this http://cgi.ebay.co.u...=item3eeffd68df 50:50 for about 3 coats, and then 60:40 for the last 2 coats. and leave the paint go touch try between coats and cut it back only for the last coat and final cutting back not between every other coat ?

Yes that thinners is fine, but try to get anti bloom thinners if you can. Apply 4 coats at 50:50, nib out any serious bits of crap or runs. after the fourth coat has dried, flat back with wet and dry 800. Apply one good coat of the 60:40 mix. Nib with 1500, and polish.

You don't use hardner with cellulose.

As above no hardener required, cellulose dries through evaporation.
