Forgive me for asking this, but what is the difference between climate control and aircon?

Generally speaking Climate control is automatic A/C which controls the vent temperatures and temp blend flap to deliver a pre set temperature. A/C is either a manual or semi automatic system the relies on the operater seting up and controlling the system to deliver the required cooling.
