After MW45 I saw the car that was on the British Mini club stand, it was a Red think Mk1 and it won the best mini of the year award (or something like that) did anyone see it?? Well I loved the centred clocks and the skinny looking steering wheel with one stalk for indicators, forget what the wheel was called something begining with M... Anyway quite like the Retro look and am definately gonna find those closks and steeringwheel. But the question is what wheels should I get, because I need some to set the car off nicely, but which ones should I get, the BF said the sportspack chrome ones, he said it would look good with the metallic BRG colour ive just had, I wasn't to keen to start with but they are growing on me. But has anyone got any other suggestions, because I did like the Evolution Deep Dish wheels but is that retro?!?!?!

what type of retro style are you going for Jules? cause i think just the stock steel rims look pretty good with the rest f a car....or maybe i'm just saying that cause i can't afford real rims.

To go retro you really need 10,s but as your on 12 go for some 5 x 12 Wolfrace. Plenty of cars have revs.
I am just fitting 5x10 Momo's to my Clubby

They sure are very rare to see them on a car in the UK, in face I have never seen another set over here.

My choices would be - 6 x 12 deep dish Revolutions, 5 x 12" Revolutions or if you can get Cooper S brakes for the real retro look, 6 x 10" Wellers, Reverse Rims, or for the racey look a set of split rims...

as far as I'm aware you can't get deep dish revolutions, but 12x6 revolites exist, and they r spankin on megan (my mini)
