I've found the problem!!! I went to put the new drivingflange (part that the brake disc bolts to) on last night and discovered that the splines on the driveshaft were worn. I didnt notice this before because i was working in the dark using my phone as a torch!!

I dont know how they have worn, but the drivingflange was obviously moving on the driveshaft causing the clicking. I'm not happy about this because 7 months ago I stupidly got a garage to fit a new CV joint and bearings. Now if they did fit a new CV joint, then how have the splines worn out in 7 months! I don't believe they fitted a new CV Joint. I thought it was the CV joint clicking at the time, thats why I got the garage to change it, but they obviously just did the bearings and tightened up the driveshaft nut up to stop the clicking for a bit! I did phone them a couple of weeks ago to check that it was the same side and they did claim that they put a new CV joint on. Don't all new CV joints now have a larger Driveshaft nut like 34mm? Mine still has the 33mm nut. What do you all think?

No more clicking! Changed the CV joint that had the worn splines. I'm sure it wasn't a new CV Joint, the thread at the end was shorter than usual, looks like its had the end cut off it at some point! Can't trust garages! best to do it yourself. Thanks everyone for your help, hope this info might help someone else.

Did you torque your new CV with a heavy flat washer first then remove it a and then the tapered washer? If not, the problem may come back even with your new joint.
