That's a really good idea about the interior light coming on when the ignition is off, I have a timer relay on my interior light so it stays on for about 10 seconds after the door has closed, might steal your idea and add it into my current setup :D

Well, heres a link to the circuit, it's nice to share ideas. It's from maplin so easy to get hold of. I'm also gonna use another to provide power to my stereo while I start the car, so it doesn't cut out. I feel like my car is going to be full of these!

Ahh cool, I've bought a couple of those kits in the past. (not the timer one, but different ones) Good fun to make. Wonder if I could make it work as a sort of 'guide me home' headlight thing like on my Rangie and my parents Golf with the aid of some extra relays?


I think a sneaky trip to Maplin tomorrow on my way home from work is in order.
