Difficult To Start

My SPI is really difficult to start but only when it's cold, it's been like this since I bought it.

I'm guessing because it's injection it should fire straight up, therefore there must be something wrong with the fueling at low temperatures.

I'm thinking the temperature sensor's gone or disconnected (if so, where is that?).

Or could it be something worse?

Oh, also, it starts pretty quick with some easy start.

I haven't had it for a year yet. I can't drive till august so it's been sat in the garage since september ish when I bought it, think it had one about a year ago same time as it's MOT.

well correction - when was the ignition system last checked / replaced (HT leads, spark plugs, cap, arm)..
How old is the petrol in the car?

Petrol's new, it still get's driven. It's getting it's MOT soon so I'll get it a service at the same time and let you know if there's any change,
