What headlights are they and what work are you having to do to get them to fit? They look really good!

The car on a whole is shaping up to look awesome. Love the black surround on the rear lights against the bodywork.

The headlights are mk1 golf tinted crosshairs,so far cut the inner ring ,modified the outer ring along with taking off brackets not needeed, and im still having trouble seating the headlamp accurately so I can get adjustment.I painted all the light surrounds as I wanted the black and White theme throughout really, scrapping the golf headlamps would make life much easier but would detract from the look I have in my head,so I'm going to persevere a little longer :-)

Again from memory they're 165 Yokos AO32R's ,they stretch fit which isn't ideal but i can't find anything wider???.would even run a set of treaded race tyres if i could get some as it will only see very occasional dry use when finished.

Another quick update as i had a day off today so spent a few hours doing a few bits n pieces, first off as an incentive i briefly bolted on one of the arches to give me a taster of how its gonna look
Posted Image
definitely a bit wider

Next up i manged to get the front discs off,and the plan was to fit the Pagid grooved discs which i have had for years and bolt the ca;ipers on,unfortunately it appears whom ever supplied them back then cocked up as they're nothing like a mini disc, cant beleive i actually had these turned down to size as well doh!,still heres some caliper sexiness courtesy of KAD

Long long time since I've done anything on this but work has now started again, primarily the brakes are now on and bled, although the rear cylinders were knackered so new ones going on,also rewired the front lights so all working.Back up the workshop again this coming Tuesday so hopefully more progress will be made inc trying to refit the glass.
Heres a couple of very low quality pics.....
