These brace bars are made from 1" box section and are the same design as many others on the market, They're designed to fit a roundnose mini but can be modifed to fit a clubman. They're required when a flip front is used to stiffen up the front subframe. They're painted in a black hammerite type paint which is very durable. All holes have been drilled - all you need is clamp to your mini, then drill and bolt in place.
