You bid up £10 on item "a" and then £20 on item "b"
Item "a" finishes before "b", if you're bid on "a" was unsucessful ebay would then bid on item "b" for you?
Have I imagined this??????

Hehe
You get programs which do it for you, called Snipers. Ebay themselves don't do it. If you bid on two items and you win both you pay for both!! I remember using a site online which was free and allowed you to "snipe" at a set time before the auction ended but cant remember it now

Nevermind it would have been handy, I've seen a couple of sets of seats that I quite fancy. I'll just have to try and remember to be around when the auction finishes.

Nah, the one I'm on about was an actual ebay tool, you could create a list of items(in order of finishing) and then set a max bid on each item. Ebay would then bid to your max bid on each item in your list. Once you'd won a list item it would stop.
