Basically having problems with the bolt that holds the dizzy in place.
I found out my timing is way out, went to undo the bolt in order to adjust the dizzy and therefore adjust the timing but found that no matter how hard I try (or which direction i try and turn it) the bolt will not shift.
I've tried soaking it in wd40 with no luck. It's almost like it's seized on.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can try or know of any other way to adjust the timing??
