Hi, i'm new to the forum but i've already bought a TMF CD and received it next day!! Big thanks to Guessworks for that.
Anyway, the story with the mini is that i bought it when i passed my test 3 years ago for £300. The original plan was for me to just take it apart and get a better knowledge about how cars went together etc being a whipper snapper at 17!!
However, when i got it back home i couldn't bring myself to do it and decided to 'do it up', as they say.
As all (or atleast most) projects go it has sat in my garage for the last 2 years after i got the bodywork sorted doing nothing. Left to sit it now doesn't start for some reason, but thats another story.
Anyway, here are a few pics:
It was standard when i got it, but when i was into it i spent a fair bit of money getting the doors reskinned, A panels replaced, rust on front wings repaired etc, when they were doing the front wings i also got them to de-seam the front. I also fitted 13 inch Superlites from Performance Wheels and sportspack arches and Cobra Monaco bucket seats.
Anyway, I've found a new enthusiasm for it now so hopefully it will all come together soon!
Cheers,
Rob

its tough to have the time to do the mini if youre at uni, you just gotta be patient, one day when it all cums together you'll have a big grin on your face giving that a rally round the streets. lol.
