Hi,

Ive got a problem...

When i try and start my car, my starter motor sounds like the battery is dead, turning over very sluggish, then all of a sudden will pick up, turn over quicker (as if the battery has full power) and start.

Ive just changed the braided earth strap hoping this would fix the issue, but it doesnt. Im sure the battery isnt dead as it was doing this the other day with the charger connected.

Any ideas? Ive tried clipping a piece of wire from one of the starter motor bolts to the car chassis and this has made no difference. Could this be a timing issue? Its strange how its gone like this, as when i was setting the timing the other week she ticked over beautifully on the starter motor.
