Had a Cracking night, but a 250mile roundtrip in the Scamp has left me feeling rather worn out today.

Got home about 12.30am so its lucky i'm off work today

Although Mini_the_Minx had to be at work for 8am, and she was at work at 6am yesterday morning so we could get to Ace Cafe in time

i took my camera but didn't really see anything inspiring other than matty's 16v turbo. i did want to take photo's of bikers falling off on the main road but none of them did

ok what i actually meant was there were some nice cars there but nothing that made me want to try and take some decent pics that wouldn't end up like generic minis in a row pics.

To be honest I'm with Bud666, you don't see much individuality anymore at shows (Apart from a few I've seen this year like the Blue Redtop Vaux owned by Doug).

The same stuff, then you come online and its the same whiney fits going on.

Well i enjoyed Ace Cafe and will be going down again soon to look at the Minis all parked together having a chat with each other.

You may not notice but if you listen carefully, you can hear the mini's at shows talking to each other about their lives on the open road, and how they enjoy catching up at shows. Its like they brain wash us into going, thats why sometimes we stand there and go, what am i doing here, its the same as the last show.

Well we thought there were some lovely minis last night, love looking at all the little bits that add to the look of each car ~ still hoping that we will come across a conversion like Lottie so we can chat to the owner before we start to make her look better..........
