Hi, Just a quick question, i needed to look at a message i sent to another user and when i went into my Outbox, there is nothing showing. Is this normal or do i need to change a setting somewhere?

this is normal, the only way to see sent messages is to usually select the option to track the message which is shown above the submit message button when you go to send one. slightly annoying to have to remember to do that all the time i know

not sure if there is a way to have it on permanently though

Err, not quite.

First, it's a sent items folder, not an outbox which is a different thing.

At the bottom of the new message page is an option to save a copy in your sent items folder. I think once you click it and send a message it becomes default to save everything. Tracking a message is different and tells you if its been received, it's also more of a hassle.
