Has got either of these installed in their Mini? Been looking around for pictures but the centre consoles or arm rests are usually hidden away.

What are they like? And if you do recommend them how easy are they to fit and where would you buy them from?

Also if you do have either of those, could you post a picture?

Hope someone can help me out.

I've got a mini special centre console and i'm in the process of refurbing and fitting arm rests which came from a 60's/70's bentley!
Heres a picture of my centre console:

I have stripped, lightened and recovered the arm rests in black vinyl to suit the front doorcards, here is before and after.

I'm yet to work out exactly where the armrests will be fitted, i'll upload some pictures when i've fitted them.

You did a fantastic job there mate.

I like the look of those arm rests however I was more thinking about an arm rest which sits in the middle, in between the passenger and driver's seats.

The door cards are newton commercial early 1275GT reproduction.The armrests are from a 1971 bentley/Rolls Royce T type.(ebay about £40).
In terms of centre armrests, i remember that minispares used to sell a burr walnut one with a lift up hinged lid.

I love the door cards too! I'm looking to fit some arm rests. Scouring old cars for suitable donors.
