Mipa 4+1 Acrylfiller

Dont know much about this stuff, but the name says to me it's acrylic? From experience acrylic reacts really bad, its used a lot in aerosol paints and when ive sprayed over aerosol paint its always reacted.

Might not be that though but I would put a bet on it.

Bugger about that mate.
Something similar happened to my mates spraying recently. He recokns he did not let the primer and topcoat dry and harden fully before applying the stone chip. His was patchy and seemed to be in areas where it had gone on thicker, other areas dried ok.
He ended up taking it off and starting again :D

Never apply stone chip over paint or primer, a dust coat of etch is usually ok, but anything else and it will usually react like that, unless the paint has been on the panel for a long time. Bare metal, light dust of etch primer, let it dry very thoroughly, and then stone chip. Don't use panel wipe after the etch primer, and don't get panel wipe on the stone chip even after it's dried. It's temperamental stuff!

Edit: forgot to say, you can prime over stone chip once it's totally dry if you see the need, and that can be panel wiped etc same as any other primed surface.

Having never used it I couldn't say for sure, but I wouldn't advise it. What are you putting the sealer over, and for what reason? old paint? if it's just the old original paint then you should be able to stone chip over it with no probs, if it's bare metal then just a dust of etch is fine.
