Hi guys.

im stuck. i dont no what to do.
what mirrors would suit my mini? wing mirrors or door mirrors? not sure and if so what sort would you advise?

I want to be able to see as my driveway is tight and you need mirros to reverse down it, but then again would be nice to have wing mirrors and it would suit much better.

lmao, funny that im already watching them mirrors on ebay already.

so you think wing? my only worry is seeing out of them if there on the wing. are they any good on the wing? when reversing the mini down my drive way past my house to the garage out the back of the house i have about 2 inch either side of the mini so need to be able to get past the house without hitting any thing. its tight. .

Unless i go for the wing mirrors on the front and then also get my a pair of a piller mirrors which clamp on at the top of the door.
do you need to have a bead for this type of mirror do you know? or do they just clap around the top of the door frame? questions questions questions

What about door mirrors but round/ bullet style ones as a comprimise, in order to be practical but also give it that classic look. I guess it depends upon how standard the rest of your van is, if it has a few other modern touches hidden away elsewhere then it might not be such a sin to put door mirrors on it??

I don't think wing mirrors would not suit it, to be honest ;) It's too clean... And I think they hardly look good on any Mini... But that's personal taste realy. I second round door mirrors. Something like that: http://cgi.ebay.de/S...5#ht_672wt_1137

get some of those clamp on ones that clamp to the a pillar seam/door frame. the round ones with a 90degree bend on the arm. can get them on ebay new for just under £30 a pair.

I personally think these would look excellent >_< Like the common bullets, but a bit rounder and more subtle.

I think the f1 style mirrors in black would look good on it.

I agree with asphalt on the round mirrors. I think they would suit the van quite well because the round mirrors fit in with the round lights etc. But again this is just my personal oppinion.

on problem with these mirrors>>>> it's deseamed at the front so there's nothing for them to clamp to!
