I reckon something more dainty, black or carbon fibre rather than chrome!

Something like this: Clicky..

But theres loads to choice from here that are a bit more special, rather than generic mini mirrors that everyone has  Clicky..

Or these?!! Clicky..
Lovely van too!

The clamp on mirrors fasten around the window frame.

Prob'ly a bit *rec of the tum*, but wing mirrors wouldn't be legal on a car that new. They help with the blind spot but obviously give a smaller field of view - 'n a bit of a sod to wipe clean as you're driving

If its as tight as you say, will door mirrors not catch on the walls once fitted?

na they sould be ok my arches stick out about 2 1/2 inchs and even then i have about 2 inches either side so mirrors whould be a problem.

I like the idea of the black door mirrors, had this on one of my old minis and it looked good. its just hard picking the right ones for the style of mini.

I loved the ones linked from Ebay but just didnt have the cash this week to buy them.
Defo not having the wing mirror now. at least we have cleaned that up lol, thanks guys.

Like some of the mirrors on the Europa linked website.

trying to locate from somewhere the clamp on mirrors which would fit over the door frame as as Alan pointed out its deseamed on the front. Has anyone got any links i could follow?

Anyone know why these are cheaper than the rest out there? is it due to the single bolt fitting maybe? not as strong? i mean they even have convex glass which is far better than normal flat mirrors. emmmm

Cheap here too???

its a shame theses dont cost SO MUCH! and thats just for the one! why the left hand side is cheaper im not sure. but im not paying nearly £70.00 for a pair for mirros lol
