They feel really boring to drive too. Then again I'm sure the cooper S would be tasty..

I test drove a Cooper S when they first came out - have to admit it does go ok - but just not a Mini - I decided to go for a 4 year old Lotus Elise instead :( now that was worth having - fast and agile - great fun :( ... shame I wrote it off :(

My daily driver is a BINI cooper and i flash old and new, just wish
more of the classics minis would flash they just look at you like poo.
Some of us BINI drivers are true mini nuts, we have 2 classic minis at home.
I just need a normal car to cover 500 motorway miles a week, and for me
the BINI is the next best thing, but each to there own

in my opinion Bini's (specially the cooper s works) are good cars.
HOWEVER they are not MINIs.
You get my drift. Good car etc but shouldn't have the sticker on saying mini. INteresting concept actually who thinks if that car came out but was not called a mini just some other BMW would it sell?!?!

sounds similar to biker nods.. my bloke on his vespa doesnt get nods but me on a GN250 do. Also moped dont get nods as they 'dont count'

and as I havent driven for a few years and just starting to get used to driving, Ive spotted loads of minis flashing lights at me but Im so busy trying to see where the frig Im going and whats what I dont get a chance to flash back - might resort to just waving for a while if I do spot anyone

saw a silver mini bumbling round here this morning and managed a wave!! But if anyone else spots this bright green mini city round suffolk and get the hump because I dont flash back - remember Im thinking "AAAAAAAARGGGGYHHH what the hell IS GOING ON!!!!" usually..

I don't suppose you want some nice rear lights for your new one do you? I bought some as a potential for my project but then didn't use them......

They look something like this
