ok so after 7 years on the road we have decided to take the mini off the road and give it a full rebuild. so last week we started to pull her apart and here are a few pics
this is what she looked like



and now




found 1 or 2 tin worm holes
drivers side tower bolt location

drivers side wing
under drivers head light


both drivers and pasengers floor
so tomorrow it rear subby off and hunt the tin worm

Handy hint, to post pictures, do like so:

That's the simple way of correcting the above, but for future reference on Photobucket, where you copied the image URL under the image, it gives you 4 different codes to copy, you want the BB code which will be like above.

But on topic, looks like a damn tasty mini! Good progress, not too much rust either!

ok an up date on the old girl after taking away the tin worm holes i found on the front i was left with this

i wander what to do flip front perhaps ???????????

ok an up date we had a few good days on the mini and now she looks like this

have got most of the panels now so the fun starts next week

that was from the last guy that had the car i,m going to grind it all down and start again
i sprayed acid etch primer over it as ive got some metal ready and zinc weld through comming from frosts
