ok folks an update on the mini had a few good days on it a mate came round a gave me a hand over the weekend so picy time
boot floor

drivers wheel arche removed

trial fit

cleend out a bit more

drivers and pass wheel arches in and boot floor cut out

B.M.H floor

adam the master welder

floor spotted in (118 spot weld holes)

and in side

just got to cut out and weld in the new subby mounting panel.rear valance and closing panels and the underside is finished

hi folks not done much on her after the grinder tryed to take the end of my finger off but this is what we have been doing

footwells welded in

boot floor, subby mounting panel, rear valence all welded up and stone coateded

and this is the colour we are spraying the mini electric blue (met)

had an hour on it again



this is going all along the floor

ok had a few days on the old girl so more pic's
all the under side painted now

Mk1 plates fitted and rough filled


flip front finished lining up

so a few more days filling and sanding and it's ready for filler primer

rear brackets for the seats

drivers seat in

pasengers seat in and working

both fitted


bonnet fitting

so just got to tweek it about a bit then i can spray the filler primer then top coat

thanks for the comments folks had a day on it today so more pics
rear beam fitted

radius arm and coil over trial fit

working on it tomorrow i want to get some etch primer on next week end

acid etched the shell today



fitted tubes on the rear parcel shelf for the rear head rests filler primer next
