Heres a few pics of what mine is like. I do have a pipercross filter for an mpi which i can try over the weekend and see if it fits.





Looking at the pics again it looks like that plate is homemade buy the person i bought it off.

Cheers mate, that pic is perfect.
Might just fit my standard carb and alloy manifold for the time being till I get this sorted, need to do the work a the weekend and haven't fot time to get the filter now.
I have a pancake filter for my hs4 carb vut I bees acme type of plate like yours to put it on the nikki!

tried the pipercross filter on this and its too high and would catch the bonnet i think. Best bet is a slimline air filter i think.

Anyone know or have a pancake filter with a 70mm flange for my nikki carb?
