Sorry stand space is full , Space at castle coombe for clubs is always at a premium and clubs are usually rammed in like sardines , so not even a chance to sneak someone on , ill start a reserve list just in case anyone drops out.

All the details and payment have been finalised and confirmed with castle coombe , all tickets and stand passes will be issued by charlotte at the race circuit on the day .

All stand display cars need to be in place no later than 09.00

money for track passes ( £25 ) will be collected at the same time from those on the list

ill update this if anyone drops from either list or extra space becomes available

Providing my car passes the exhaust noise limit test I'll happily take passengers, 1 2 or even 3? Don't matter to me, I'll be chilling round anyway

What normally happens with this? Do we meet outside the circuit and get our tickets then? If so I take it a PM will be sent near the time with contact details mobile numbers etc

Last year I managed to blag my way in even though the ticket holder was waiting outside with my pass and no-one told me

Still one track pass left , if no-one wants it by the end of the weekend ill give an extra one to those who have requested them.

Can i ask all those on the list to PM me your address as to where you would like the tickets sending to no later than monday , this will give the royal mail a fighting chance to get you your ticket in time.
Ill keep hold of the track passes , the first slot is 09.30 , so will need those on the track pass list to come and see me first thing at the track armed with your £25 , the other 3 passes are scheduled for 10.30.

Sorry for the lack of info , been a hectic week trying to get the cooper ready for the track!!
No time to post the tickets so all those on the list will get a PM with chars mobile number , when you get to the gate give us a ring and we can get your ticket for you , can i ask those on the stand to get to coombe for 08.30 , as the first sessions are at 09.30 and this will also give us time to set the stand upand pay/issue the track pass for those who have asked for one

Just got back from another fantastic castle coombe track day.
Thanks to all the guys on the stand , was a really good turn out , and i hope you enjoyed your track sessions that were organised for you.

I enjoyed putting charlottes new 1330 stage 4 mini 30 through its paces , fending off countless attacks from guys who thought i had a humble 998 hidden below , and the look of suprise when i nailed them in the straights , priceless.

Also couldnt stay on the stand all day , so made full use of watching the epic track action and shopping facilities with the usual TMF regulars ( i wont list you all,we will be here all night ).

And also well done to a certain TMF member for acting the fool and trying to " drift " around quarry corner,ON THE PARADE LAP, not once but twice , i bet that went down well with the marshalls,naughty boy,you know who you are!!

So thanks again and roll on next year
