the rear one is a little different isnt it! i thought they all mounted right toward the back of the subframe?

so the front one has 2 mounts on each side, its not connected to the subframe at all?

and is one of the mounts solid and one bushed?

that artical is exactly what has made me ash this question lol.

what im really interested in is how 'on show' they are with the car down on the ground. it seems you cant see the rear one at all but on the jap minis you can see the front one quite alot,
which i like ^_^

im also interested in exactly how the front one mounts,

also, while im here, anyone got any first hand experience with how they improve the handling?

I have difficulty understanding why the front bar would work. Afterall it seems to have the same design defects as the Ferrari copy of a Lotus 25 and that didn't work.

the reason it helps is because the 2 wheels are no longer independent.

when you go round a corner the outside wheel is under stress so therefore the suspension gets compressed, the inside wheel has the weight lifted off of and the body of the car lifts, or 'rolls'

with the roll bar fitted, the outside wheel when under stress twists the bar and transfers some of the force to the other wheel. therefore flattening the car out.

im struggling to explain myself so here
