He he!

I just organised my purchase of a nice '87 mini mary quant! not my cup of tea exactly, but slowly over the next year, it'll turn into something a bit more "manly"!

It's nice to be able to relive your youth a bit (my last mini was a clubman, back when I was 17!).

I'm looking forward to participating, and to bug you all on sorting out silly little thing I can't get my head around.

Oh, anyone want the interior!?

Cheers!
Mike

Thanks for the welcome all.

I actually pick it up on Sunday. The head gasket is gone so I needed to scrounge a favour off a mate to borrow his van and trailer! That doesn't worry me though. A head gasket should take all of 15 minutes to replace.)

It has a good body, which is mostly what I was after. I hate welding, and I hate paying someone to do it even more! First job is to get that body to a state where I minimise the eventual need for any repairs. After that, I'll start thinking about how I'm gonna mod it.
