If you've already got high lift rockers then you are going to get more than you can from a cam alone if you choose the right cam that was designed for them - Something from Swift tune. Just don't overdo the valve springs and it is an engine strip job as you need new cam followers.

no, the SW10 is more like the 286, the SW5 is somthing like a 266 (I think), never looked into the SW5, I just know it's no where near that lumpy.if im right the sw5-07 is similar to the kent 286?

short duration, high lift, gives a smooth idle and no problems at MOT with emissions...
