basically i brought a pair of radius arms of some guy on ebay a few months back they were reconditioned but needed honing out

im getting my mates mate to hon them out hes worried because the one side was already done as it has a roller beraring the shaft fitted

but the side hes doing he said he thinks the bush is not as straight as the other side so its started wearing thinner on one side of the bush to the other

please help and it wont go all the way through

also the shaft fits both ends from the out side but push it in and it wont go all the way through

The bushing needs to be reamed "inline" with the needle bearing installed. That way the hole in the bushing is concentric with the bore of the needle bearing.
