well, i was wondering if buying the £65 lowering kit from MiniSport is a good idea, ive heard good & bad opinions, but i just wanted to see what my fellow TMF'ers think ?

i've got the Huddesfield set, its well made and is standing up to the abuse i give it. Also it was cheaper than the Minisport one

Getting new knuckles is a good idea while your doing this job.

i would stick to the original HiLo kit from minispares

mine has been on my mini almost 20 years now with no problems

thanks guys, im thinking on the huddersfield set as cutting the trumpets sounds kinda "iffy"

i've just always used the cheapo £40 a set hi-lo's, give em a good coat of copper slip to stop the adjusters seizing and can;t fault em.
