just forgot------ unfortunatly, funds are quite short so im going to have to use my 998 points dizzy to start with:/

which dizzy is the actual one i need to buy for it to have the right curve ect?

or which is a good budget one that will be much better than my 998 one?

Go for vernier timing, A duplex set is fine but with the cam your talking about you will need to time it in accurately if you want the best out of it. Dot to dot timing is just to vague when useing hot cams. Im useing a calver special tuning RE13-OT cam and its timed 104.5 deg ATDC at no.1 inlet valve.

dot to dot can be miles out. And you can get it spot on with a vernier, timed my 649+ in to 100degree inlet valve no.1 fully open, got it absolutely dead on.

i paid over 130 for my piper one if i remember right, how much are you finding them for? Tuning an engine properly isnt cheap, lol
