right ive freed it up with my improvised fork. it seem to operate now

this is how it looks now with the clutch pedal in its rest position and this gap on the big nuts closes when the pedal is pushed in im assuming this is correct operation.

well now i need to get a new rubber boot if possible for the servo, i assume if i take the lever out and clean it up and grease it all will be well again.
i assume grease is ok for this ?

Dont you mean the slave cylinder? Like I said earlier there is a rebuild kit for this

yes thats quite possibly what i meant. looks like it was probably just a seized arm

is this the kit you mean ?
