A router and the smallest straight cutting bit I could find, a pre made template and a very steady hand.

I could have pretty much scrapped the dash if I’d slipped or something, but it worked out. And doing it that way cut down on material and means the glove box is a perfect fit.

Cheers for that mate, just seen a decent router at machine mart for £30. Mite invest when the time comes to make a dash and things.

Or i could just make up another one, plus it would be cheaper.

Its not as easy as it looks, mine took a lot of messing about with scraps first to work things out
