Sounds like you need to adjust the pressure bias valve.

Depending on the age of the car or the brake system used it can be either on the bulkhead somewhere or on older models it's bolted to the rear subframe. Just follow your rear brakeline and you will find it. Turning it in will reduce the pressure the backside receives, afaik. You may of course also not have one in the first place, which would explain your problem with the rears locking up before the front disks do.

Maybe you should have gone with the smaller bore rear cylinders GWC1131

Thanks for the reply, I have the bias valve on the bulkhead but not sure where the adjuster is on it, in the centre there is a through bolt that holds it to the bulkhead and nothing else unless its the big bolt on the end?

I have already changed the rear cylinders as I thought that would solve it but it hasn't :D
