I just run a heated screen and it is well worth the money.



My Mondeo heated screen is amazing! The best thing ford ever did!

NASA spent millions to develop a pen that would write in space, whereas the USSR took a pencil... I don't know if that's true, but I did once have a NASA pen, it wasn't too great on earth, never did try it in space...

Another one of those urban myth things. The last thing you want in a zero G environment is to break the lead of a pencil and have small pieces of conductive carbon floating around the spacecraft.

another myth, lead pencils have never contained lead, its graphite. they would be very heavy otherwise!
