Needs a new alternator because the ALT light stays on when running.
Fair bit of rust.
None of the doors lock so its open all the time.
Other than that, there are no leaks, the engine runs like new and it starts every time 
Probably not what our UK friends would call "a fair bit of rust", though.

The door catch/lock mechanism is uniquely Australian and possibly not Leyland Australia's finest hour! They are VERY hard to come by so hopefully your locks are just a bit seized - which they are prone to.
Regarding the alternator, best bet is to get a genuine replacement from the UK (e.g. from Minispares). The exchange rate is so good at the moment that it's much cheaper than sourcing one locally, even with freight added.
