Aww sorry to hear this. I didnt realise that was the law for cats not good.

Our kitten 'cookie' is coming up to 6 months and she is being spayed soon so she can go out, but really worried about letting her out to be honest but she cant stay in all the time either. We planned on letting her out when we go to work and will have to wait until we come home to come back in, unless we get a cat flap lol!

Yeah should really, is 9 hours to long for her to be out really you think? Be tricky though as we live in a coach house like a flat above garages
and the door is steel frame with some sort of composite panel i think so wont be so easy to install a flap but might be better idea.
Can even get ones now where cat wheres a collar and has a transmitter on it and the flap will only let her in lol!

Thanks, shes still very small at 6 months.

aww cant imagine what thats like, this is my first cant and have grown quite attached already!

Dont really want to for her sake as shes itching to get out lol as we keep finding her trying to run out lol, they said when we got her she might be small
as mother was small.
Im more worried leaving her out all day for 9 hours so might be to long!

After looking at your new kitten steve, i want another one! Going to have to look around see if anyne is selling them! The thought of my cat mothering another kitten is so cute!

And bunch, dont leave her out all day! Mine goes out on a morning and is done withing 1 - 2 hours, if you leave her out she might get bored! Love her name though!

We take her out on a harness now so she gets used to our immediate area, a neighbour recommended letting her out on weekend first so she can come back in then build up hours, only other option is a cat flap but dont fancy cutting a hole in our new door lol!

I guess cats eat all sorts when out and about? cookie seems to love feathers!

Yea now she brings us the fake mouse toys like shes caught them lol, and i was told its best to say well done and be happy if they do bring anything home otherwise if you look displeased or angry they will next time try and bring back more or bigger things lol!!

Think will just have to see how she goes on weekend first then try letting her out once go to work.
