And the newer one handles a little better due to being lower and having an extended servo arm (its mounted at the back!) and that can set you back around £180 ready built £120 for the kit.

i used to race these at my local rc club (indoor carpet)
me my dad and two mates had them
the newer shape one also had an extension in the chassis meaning a longer wheelbase which made them handle better
you can pick them up a lot cheaper too
i payed £80 for mine (kit version)
already had the radio gear
stopped racing last year but gunna get back into it in the winter
good fun when there is a track layed out

I am just about to go and pick up some paint to paint my new shell like the Mini in my signature below (Hugo).
I shall not be driving it with the new shell on though. Accidents happen very quickly at 1:10 scale and I would hate for my hard work to get scratched

Everyone who is thinking of getting one ... Do! They are so much fun and handle kind of like a Mini actually. Certainly as bouncy as one with the stock shocks on
