M03 you can pick up an XB (expert built) for around £149.99 I beleive. You can get the kit but then you require radio gear, servos... etc, at around £120, but this means painting the shell yourself which is fun for me :)

And the newer one handles a little better due to being lower and having an extended servo arm (its mounted at the back!) and that can set you back around £180 ready built £120 for the kit.

these are good fun
i used to race these at my local rc club (indoor carpet)
me my dad and two mates had them
the newer shape one also had an extension in the chassis meaning a longer wheelbase which made them handle better

you can pick them up a lot cheaper too
i payed £80 for mine (kit version)
already had the radio gear
stopped racing last year but gunna get back into it in the winter

good fun when there is a track layed out :)

Thanks for all your messages guys!

I am just about to go and pick up some paint to paint my new shell like the Mini in my signature below (Hugo).
I shall not be driving it with the new shell on though. Accidents happen very quickly at 1:10 scale and I would hate for my hard work to get scratched :D It is nice to have a second shell.

Everyone who is thinking of getting one ... Do! They are so much fun and handle kind of like a Mini actually. Certainly as bouncy as one with the stock shocks on :teehee:

I had loads of them but they always seem to be a 10 second wonder then end up in bits in my shed or back on ebay, i would look on ther they are well cheap but i seem to prefer the ta02 they are the best tamiya in my opinion. I trash everything and they lived years of my abuse as a kid i got one run over put a new set of wheels on it heated up the body mounts then i was out with it again i even made one waterproof (covered upthe radio gear) then took it through my pond they are so cool they can be made to fit eny shell and go over more theing than my big juggernaught 4x4x4 lol
