Any pics of the car or spec info? Would be interesting to see what sort of suspension and brake setup that it runs.
The suspension is designed and made by Lloyd Hutchinson (the Driver!) He has widened the front track by 80mm (just over 3 inches!) and we are using AVO 3 way adjustable dampers to Lloyd's spec with remote canisters. KAD manufacture and sell this suspension kit which will bolt into any Mini.... just need to drill a few holes in the inner wing, but easy peasy to do! We run heavy duty drive shafts, again to Lloyd's design. His were made by Holfeld F1 - who make shafts for... you guessed it Formula 1

The rear is your "normal" alloy beam axle with KAD alloy rear arms, hubs and KAD's excellent rear disc setup. AVO triple adjustable dampers as per the front!!
All I can say about the suspension is..... WOW!!
Bumps?? What Bumps???

going to be abit cheeky but how much roughly does a car of this spec cost to make?
also how often do you have to re build the engine?
Engine has only had a head gasket all year....8 hard rallies... and that was precautionary as leak down test showed slight loss!
The twin of the car in the vid is going up for sale soon for under €28k Euro... approx. £24k stg. Sounds like a lot for a Mini but we are consistently beating cars costing 3/4 times as much to buy and run

Only difference between the car for sale and the car in the vid is: suspension - two way instead of 3 way and engine spec - 190bhp instead of 201 bhp!!
Obviously the cost of building a brand new version would be higher using all "new" parts etc. Labour being the biggest cost!
