Most ones I've looked at although not in parts , have been between £100-£150 , parts was about £100
You must have been lucky
Just spoke to my mate who's just started his apprenticeship as a service technician (at audi) and he's getting just over £700 a month..
The ones I've been looking at are £100 a week , Honda was £150 a week though
College said £90 but on looking everyones about £100 mark
Honda's not too bad considering thats virtually £600 a month.
I suppose its really how much you consider it of value (the training not the money), at the end of the day you could earn more than £700 working at sainsburys, but it wouldnt have as much potential as beginning an apprenticeship etc..
£2.50 an hour for apprenticeships
So 40 hours work (for example) = £100
Hello, I am a second year Apprentice Technician at Holdcroft Honda in Stoke-on-Trent. I earn £870ish a month, after tax. With a bit of overtime i can clear £1000 after tax.
There are minimum wage laws for apprentices now, they can only pay you £2.50 if you are 16. Your starting wage will depend on your age, then you will get increase each year, i thinks its a £1 per hour increase each year. However if you are good the company will more than likely give you a bigger raise than what is required by law
