Not just any paycheque, if your paycheque isn't from a recognised local garage or motor trade company and shows you are employed as a mechanic or parts buyer, they won't accept it. You then need to take them proof that you buy hundreds of car parts and service items each year instead. This needs to be at least 6 months worth of reciepts showing a considerable amount of parts bought for different vehicles. If you aren't in the motor trade, or an associated trade or have people who can make it look like you are, getting these trade cards is hard. I spend a lot on tools every year and wanted a card to buy Halfords tools but as my trade isn't in the motor industry they won't give me one. It doesn't matter to them how much I will be spending, it's strictly a motor trade card.

i managed to just walk in there and got one when I asked for it. To be fair, the guy I asked was a puny lil teenager and I had some serious traffic rage going on lol.

Its so nice to get discounts now.... :proud:

They do bend over backwards to help you in that store, extra charge.I shop at one to.i also love to watch them put a push bike together and just have the display free ones. One even gave me the chain of keys and pointed at the fire escape, that is customer service.
