Fanastic progress on your pickup and it is a pity MMachine do not do the closing panels in the rear load bay corner of vans and pickups.I had to make these for my van also. And I saw your multi-coloured Mini in Switzerland, looks class and I love the polished Exactions.

Nothing going on with this at the moment as Matts busy rebuilding his MG Metro Cup car for the upcoming season. Hopefully they'll be more in a month or so.

Fantastic project, my hat goes off to ya but, forgive me for sounding dense, but how do you fix the rear of the subframe? as I've noticed you have it on your jig but with 1/4" or there abouts steel inbetween the subframe and body, would this not throw everything out?

Hi everyone.
This is on behalf of Matthew. We have had a extremely busy year! With Matt now racing we found it hard to find time for my poor old pickup but we have welded one rear quarter and fitted the rear light panel and started on the other side.
A few months ago some of you may know that Matt left mintec mini spares and we moved up to cirencester so Matt could learn coach working on very old expensive cars at Thornley Kellham. And my beautiful pickup was left behind we are looking for a small unit up here so we can start work back up hopefully in a few months time!!
So hopefully you will get an update soon! I have every panel now and I'm desperate to get them fitted!!
All the best
Emily and Matt
